Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule. Please note that we request a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment.
After missing your second appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance, you will be subject to an additional fee. Orthodontic patients will be charged $35.00 and pediatric dental patients will have to place a $75.00 reservation fee for their next appointment. This fee will be applied toward treatment if you come to the reserved appointment.

Our knowledgeable team works with insurance providers to help patients maximize their available benefits and will gladly assist with insurance claims and questions regarding coverage. While insurance estimates are provided in good faith, coverage ultimately depends on the individual insurance plan. Any estimated patient responsibility is due at the time of service. If you have questions about your insurance benefits or payment options, our friendly staff is always available to help you understand your options and make your visit as smooth as possible.
