Our Mission

Dr. Golian is committed to providing your kids with the highest standard of dental care in a pleasant, fun and comfortable environment. We believe in the importance of educating our patients and will work with your child individually to ensure they understand how important oral hygiene is.

Dr. Sanjideh will clearly communicate with you about what you can expect during your child’s orthodontic treatment. Working together, we can achieve our goal of helping your child achieve and maintain a healthy and beautiful smile.

Office Hours

We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:

Monday – Friday: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Appointments

Appointments are an important part of your treatment, and this time has been reserved specifically for you to speak with the doctor and receive treatment. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule.

We request a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. After missing your second appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance, you are subject to being charged an additional fee. Orthodontic patients will be charged $35, and pediatric dental patients will have to place a $75 reservation fee for their next appointment. This fee will be applied toward treatment if you come to the reserved appointment.

We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, and we appreciate your cooperation.

Insurance

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
